Eve, a San Mateo-based company providing the legal industry with AI-powered software, announced a $103 million round of Series B funding led by Spark Capital. The company serves plaintiff firms by giving them access to AI-native workflows built to relieve intense workloads and case backlogs. Its latest round values Eve at over $1 billion.
The company’s platform features architecture designed for agility, delivering AI-powered productivity tools for handling client intake, case resolution and everything in between. Eve’s goal is to streamline workflows across the entire case lifecycle.
Eve has added 350 firms to its customer base since its Series A raise in January. It now serves more than 450 firms, including Mike Morse Law Firm, Barrett & Farahany and Disparti Law Group through legally accurate AI technology and an easy-to-use interface. The company’s platform processes more than 200,000 legal cases annually and has assisted customers in collectively recovering more than $3.5 billion in settlements and judgments.
“Plaintiff firms fight for fairness against corporations with endless resources. This is no longer about keeping pace — it’s about seizing the upper hand,” Jay Madheswaran, Eve’s CEO and co-founder, said in a statement. “Firms must become AI-native, reimagining their entire practice to outmaneuver the competition and deliver transformative wins for their clients. With this funding, we’ll arm them to do just that.”
