Wendy Mulobole: My name is Wendy Mulobole, I'm an engineer in Consumer Networks at EchoStar.

Nick Drader: My name is Nick Drader, I'm the Senior Field Services Director at EchoStar.

Adileh Sharieff: My name is Adileh Sharieff, and I am Senior Director, Planning & Strategic Programs at EchoStar.

Nick Drader: EchoStar is a communications company that connects people throughout the world.

Interviewer: So, what attracted you to EchoStar?

Wendy Mulobole: What initially attracted me was the company's strong reputation in the industry. I wanted the opportunity to work on impactful projects, innovative technologies, and I thought I'd have that opportunity here at EchoStar.

Adileh Sharieff: When you join EchoStar as a fresh candidate, whether you are an engineer or a marketing person, you kind of know what you're doing. But over the years, your interests might change. You might decide to explore something different. EchoStar is there to support you.

Interviewer: How would you describe the culture at EchoStar?

Nick Drader: Oh, we definitely have a culture of innovation here. The only way you're going to get better is if you do something new. It doesn't matter what team you're working on, whether it's engineering or customer service, we're always looking for ways to improve our products and improve the customer experience, and those improvements don't come about unless you innovate.

Wendy Mulobole: My experience here at EchoStar is helping to launch my career with the opportunities that I am being given and from the mentorship that I am receiving from my colleagues.

Interviewer: What's your favorite thing about working here?

Nick Drader: My favorite thing about working at EchoStar is my ability to make an impact here. This company has given me both the resources and the encouragement from leadership to make an impact. If you want to come in here and change something or innovate something for the better, no one's going to stop you from doing that. Everyone encourages that.

Adileh Sharieff: We are an extremely diverse company, and the most amazing thing about it is people work so well together. That, I think, is a cornerstone for us.

Interviewer: What excites you about working at EchoStar?

Wendy Mulobole: I think what excites me the most is being encouraged to work on the J3 satellite project. Since that was so early on in my career, just imagining how many more opportunities that I'll have to contribute in an even bigger way as I learn more is pretty exciting for me.

Nick Drader: The most satisfying part about being at EchoStar is the ability to say, "Hey, I helped build this, I helped do this," and then be able to see somebody who has a dish on the side of the road and say, "Hey, they're my customer." That's what I do here. It's pretty cool.

Adileh Sharieff: 25 years ago, when I started at EchoStar, I was really attracted to the people that I met during my interviews. I would not have stayed at EchoStar for such a long time if I had not been enjoying the work I'm doing. It has been absolutely fulfilling. I love what I do. I love the people that I work with, and it has been an extremely rewarding journey for me.
