Dropzone AI, a Seattle-based company operating in the cybersecurity sector, secured $37 million in Series B funding led by Theory Ventures. Its AI-native solution uses human-level reasoning to investigate security alerts and reduce repetitive work for human staffers.

The company leverages AI agents to help enterprise security teams minimize security risks and lower analyst burnout and operational costs. Its platform autonomously executes routine Tier 1 alert triage, enabling companies like UiPath, Zapier and Pipe to focus on proactive security actions like threat hunting, customer onboarding and improving coverage.

Backed by its fresh capital, Dropzone will expand its workforce across its sales, marketing and customer success teams. It will also accelerate the creation of new AI agents to automate manual security tasks and deepen its partner ecosystem to incorporate new technical integrations.
