Cognizant, a U.S.-based IT consultancy, announced the opening of its India Artificial Intelligence Lab and a new Cognizant Moment Studio in Bengaluru. The lab and studio form an innovation hub that will help Congnizant combine AI research and user experience to advance its AI builder strategy.
“Cognizant plays a pivotal role in enterprise AI by acting as an ‘AI builder,’ bringing together our platforms, partnerships and highly skilled workforce to bridge infrastructure investment and business value,” Ravi Kumar S., Cognizant’s CEO, said in a statement.
The India AI lab is an extension of the company’s AI Lab in San Francisco. Its team of scientists and AI engineers will advance applied research in multi-agent AI, decisioning systems and responsible AI. The Congnizant Moment Studio is part of the company’s digital experience practice. It will focus on the interplay of creativity, technology and emotional integrity, helping clients implement AI that improves customer experiences and drives business growth.
