Across any industry, building a connection between a business and its customers is vital. Nowadays when most of those customers are online, investing in digital marketing is a key way to reach them. Frisco, Texas-based Cloudmellow works to help companies optimize their digital footprint. After a new acquisition, Cloudmellow now has more tools at its disposal to help its clients.
Cloudmellow is acquiring Atlanta-based web design agency The Creative Momentum, a move that marks its second acquisition this year. Earlier this month, Cloudmellow acquired Primary360, a branding and marketing company for the real estate industry. With the addition of The Creative Momentum’s offerings and team, Cloudmellow has officially expanded into the Atlanta tech market.
“This acquisition, along with the previous acquisitions of Primary360 and Media Mix, is a collaborative strategy to bolster services, join people and provide exceptional expertise to our clients,” Shreyans Jain and Vijay Konda, co-founders of Cloudmellow, said in a statement. “We are competitive by nature, but will allow our work to speak for us.”
Cloudmellow offers a full-service tech platform to help businesses improve their digital marketing strategy. It encompasses tools for website design and development, search engine optimization, lead generation as well as creative, branding, content and social media services. Currently serving more than 400 clients, Cloudmellow individually tailors its solutions to businesses of any size across any market.
The Creative Momentum provides businesses with digital capabilities for creative, UI and UX, website design and development, mobile applications, software development and search engine marketing. Founded in 2019, the company has come to serve mid-size and enterprise business clients across the health, education, finance and non-profit industries. Upon joining Cloudmellow, the company will retain its current team and adopt the name Cloudmellow.
“We knew this was the right acquisition with the right people. We all have a passion and understanding that everyone we serve has a common goal,” Michael White and Carl Widdowson, co-founders of The Creative Momentum, said in a statement. “That goal is to better serve our clients with additional services, create a return on investment for them and have customer loyalty. We are excited to integrate and get to work.”
Cloudmellow has a headcount of more than 100 people across Florida, Dallas and India and is currently hiring to fill a handful of roles. Open positions include a senior social media specialist, graphic designer, an IT system administrator and more.
