The Screenhouse art exhibit opened in Millennium Park on Oct. 24. Screenhouse is a collaborative project designed by Edra Soto, constructed by Navillus Woodworks, with molds created by Fast Radius. It was made using Fast Radius’ 3D printing technologies. [Press release]

Accenture expanded its innovation hub in Chicago. The Industry X.0 studio will help Accenture in the development of new smart connected products. It’s one of 11 Accenture Innovation hubs in North America. [Press release]

PR company Cision is being acquired at $2.74 billion valuation. Cision provides software and services for marketing and public relations professionals, which include putting out press releases. The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of next year at $10 per share. [Press release]

Llamasoft is acquiring Opex Analytics. Opex Analytics is a tech consulting firm based in Chicago that specializes in artificial intelligence. With this acquisition, Chicago will become Llamasoft’s second-largest office. [Crain’s Chicago Business]

Celebrity chef Graham Elliot partners with Tovala. Elliot will help create menus for the company’s meal subscription service, which will ship to customers in November. Some menu items include Honey Lavender-Glazed Salmon, Baked Gnocchi Stroganoff and Maple Bourbon BBQ Chicken with Roasted Broccoli.

Showpad named Helen Yu as chief customer officer. Yu will be leading Showpad’s customer success and support teams. Yu has over 20 years of experience in customer management and consulting, having held previous roles at Oracle and Marketo. She also served as CEO and founder of Tigon Advisory Corp. [Press release]

Relativity added Shannon Brayton and Kevin Scott to its board of directors. Brayton is the chief marketing officer of LinkedIn, while Scott is the chief technology officer of Microsoft. [Press release]

LandscapeHub hired Josh Chapman as its chief operating officer. Chapman was recently the COO and treasurer at Matter, a Chicago-based healthcare startup incubator.
