Telefonica Digital and the Startup Genome put out a report today that ranks the world's top startup ecosystems, based on data from 50,000 companies. According to the report's metrics, Chicago ranks #10, ahead of Paris and Berlin but trailing New York, Boston, Seattle and Toronto.
