Process mining and intelligence company Celonis has named Dilipkumar Khandelwal as its new chief customer officer and chairman of the India Advisory Board, according to a company blog post.
In this dual role, Khandelwal will focus on helping customers maximize their return on investment and leading Celonis’ growth strategy in India, following the recent launch of the Celonis Garage innovation hub in Bengaluru.
Khandelwal brings leadership experience from previous executive roles at Deutsche Bank and SAP, where he helped drive innovation in enterprise technology and financial services. He is also a founding member of Plaksha University and an active angel investor in over 70 startups.
“In this economic climate, delivering quantifiable value is the only thing that matters. Our customers are looking for a true partner to help them make AI work for their business. Dilip has built and scaled global teams that serve the world’s most demanding clients. He has lived in the world of our customers, understands their challenges intimately and knows how to connect technology to the top, bottom and green line. He is the ideal leader to guarantee our customers’ success,” Celonis’ Carsten Thoma said in a statement.
