Sana is opening a clinic in Austin. Sana raised $40.8 million in an extended Series A. The latest funding round will be used, in part, to expand its insurance plans into other states. Sana offers health insurance plans for small to midsize businesses in Arizona, Oklahoma, Texas, Illinois and Kentucky. The company plans to open a clinic in Austin by the end of the year. Testlio raised $12M. The latest funding round brings Testlio’s total funding to nearly $20 million. Testlio tests software for some of the biggest companies in the world including Microsoft, Netflix and the NBA. The company is currently hiring for several full-time positions. [Built in Austin]

A former auto shop becomes Shippo’s new office. Shippo is a platform that simplifies the shipping process for smaller and midsized businesses. Shippo landed on a new 6,700-square-foot office space in Austin that will house its engineering team and other departments. This is the first office outside of its San Francisco headquarters. NI acquired NH Research. NI acquired NH research, the company involved in high-power testing and measurement applications, such as electric vehicles and batteries. The acquisition will accelerate NI’s research and development into EV applications. NI also announced it entered a definitive agreement to purchase the EV Systems business of Germany-based Heinzinger GmbH. [Business Wire]
