Fresh funding rounds and new business moves made their way to the Peach State last week. Developments in healthcare, e-commerce and venture funding for underrepresented founders are just the tip of the iceberg. This is the Built In Atlanta weekly refresh.

Wayflyer pulled in $150M. The Irish company has officially achieved unicorn valuation following its latest funding round. Wayflyer operates a solution that equips e-commerce businesses with finances and analytics to help them fuel growth, and its largest U.S. presence is here in Atlanta. Led by DST Global and QED Investors, the company will invest in building out its global footprint, range of products and worldwide team. Fearless Fund works to back startups led by women of color. In a diverse place like Atlanta, the venture opportunities available should reflect the community they serve. This is why Fearless Fund, founded by two Black women, is on a mission to support startups led by people like them. Codoxo secured $20M. Coming off a period of growth, Atlanta-based Codoxo raised Series B funding to advance its suite of AI-powered healthcare tools. The company works toward a goal of preventing issues like fraud and billing errors throughout the healthcare system to reduce the amount of lost funds in the industry. Verte will bring 100 jobs to the Atlanta Metro. Supply chain company Verte helps businesses unify their sales channels and optimize fulfillment and shipping. Based in Atlanta, the company is bringing 100 jobs to McDonough by expanding its fulfillment operations in the former Snapper/Briggs and Stratton production facility. [Atlanta Journal-Constitution]

Nourish + Bloom partners with UST. The Black-owned business operates an autonomous grocery store in Fayetteville, and it announced a partnership with UST that will help it deploy over 500 stores across the U.S. The company hopes to combat food insecurities in underserved communities.
