Allen Control Systems Secures $30M in Series A Funding

Allen Control Systems, or ACS, an Austin-based defense technology company, announced a $30 million Series A funding round spearheaded by Craft Ventures. ACS serves the U.S. military and its allied forces, specializing in autonomous precision weapon systems.

The round will go toward advancing the company’s Bullfrog product, a robotic weapon station designed to counteract drone threats. This solution leverages AI, computer vision and ACS’ proprietary control systems to increase targeting in legacy or modern weapons, aiming to significantly increase their accuracy and impact.

The company will invest in growing its engineering team and advancing the deployment of its counter-drone technology.
