Life science lab technology provider Agilent Technologies has opened a new Biopharma Experience Center in Hyderabad.
According to reporting by United News of India, the center is designed to close gaps in analytical capabilities and regulatory preparedness in the biopharmaceutical sector by supporting every stage of drug development and serving as a collaborative space for scientists, researchers and companies to help speed up the creation of new medicines.
The facility is part of Agilent’s wider regional expansion strategy, which includes other recent investments, such as the India Solution Center in Manesar that launched earlier this year.
“This new center reflects our commitment to delivering integrated solutions that help bring life-changing therapies to market faster and more efficiently. It also reinforces our support for the ‘Make-in-India’ initiative by empowering local innovation, nurturing talent and enabling scalable, affordable and sustainable solutions,” Agilent CEO Padraig McDonnell shared in a statement.
