Job Description:

As the Workplace Manager - you'll report to Nicole Singleton - our Head of people and spearhead the buildout and renovation of our global headquarters. Your role also involves shaping the engagement strategy for Skillz employees. To be successful you’ll need

• Minimum of 5 years managing a site/facility/office space including 3 years of managing staff

• Experience negotiating vendor licenses; including

• 3 years Experience managing multiple vendors to run a large commercial facility

• Minimum of 3 years experience in employee experience/engagement

• Strong knowledge in maintenance management, building systems, electrical, HVAC, security etc.

• Project management skills; including construction; maintenance and improvement projects and the ability to create proposals for future developments

• Vendor management and procurement with capability in contract execution and negotiation

• Budgeting management in a complex site or multi-site environment

• Office management including compliance, safety and program management

• Strategic employee engagement including program creation and execution in alignment with company goals 

Total Compensation Starting Total Compensation: 115 (Base + Bonus + Equity)
