Overview

You will be responsible for partnering with the Training Services leadership and Human Resources teams to manage workforce operations, with a focus on mobility, growth, and development of team members.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, forecast, and plan for a successful Training Services workforce
  • Ensure effective onboarding resources and a great onboarding experience
  • Keep all employee workforce data and reports up to date
  • Oversee and develop the Training Services diversity, equity, and inclusion team
  • Oversee employee recognition, mentoring, succession planning, and engagement programs
  • Develop and administer workforce training programs
  • Research and remain up to date on workforce development strategies and best practices
  • Define and implement a successful Esri ArcGIS employee training program
  • Work with the Esri Services teams to create and maintain an employee skills database
  • Collaborate with the Training Services leadership and Human Resources teams to propose, design, and implement solutions that grow employees and their careers
  • Define and keep career path documentation up to date

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience developing and implementing workforce and training programs
  • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing DEI initiatives and programs
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style based on audience
  • Strong project management experience
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among leaders, and the ability to communicate with all levels of leadership
  • Strong creative and analytical skills to help solve business problems
  • A passion for employee growth and development
  • Bachelor`s degree in Business, Organizational Development and Leadership, Human Resources, or related field

  • Master`s degree in Business, Organizational Development and Leadership, Human Resources, or related field
