Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support to join one of our USA Clients, a start-up developing an innovative platform for online speech therapy from the comfort of the patient’s home. You will be responsible for working with internal staff and external users, to manage their questions around a combination of a proprietary software.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
5+ years of experience in an IT support role.
Internal user support (therapist and non-clinical employees) for Mac OS X devices (computers and iPads) and PC devices.
Experience managing MDM (Rippling, JAMF, or equivalent).
Experience management of internal licenses (Zoom, Slack, and other software) for users and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise with licensed accounts
Experience with and competency in Google Suite ith development practices such as Mac OSX & Apple product suite, MDM experience, and Intercom, among others.
Apple and other industry support certifications (NTH).
What you will do:
Work with the engineering team to troubleshoot and prevent user issues and questions associated with software usage and new features maintaining accurate records of MacOS and PC hardware assets.
Manage a ticketing system to establish priorities.
Assist the Customer Insight team in troubleshooting external client issues.
Implement and document best practices.
