vcita is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.

As our Online acquisition specialist you’ll develop, optimize and execute diverse acquisition strategies, while seeking and identifying new strategies for success. You’ll use analytics tools to optimize and test customer journeys to propel customer acquisition.

Areas we’ll trust you with::

  • Campaign Strategy Development: Craft and implement creative campaign strategies across various channels, tailored to vcita's objectives and market dynamics. Leverage competitor analysis and industry insights to identify new campaign ideas and opportunities.
  • Innovation and Research: Proactively seek out new directions, technologies, markets, and audiences through thorough research and analysis. Stay ahead of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Performance Ownership: Maintain a data-driven approach, closely monitoring campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Be proactive in identifying potential issues (red flags) as well as successes (green flags), and keep stakeholders informed with regular updates.
  • Funnel Optimization: Ensure thorough testing of the marketing funnel and tracking systems prior to campaign launch. Continuously optimize the funnel to improve campaign performance and lead conversion rates.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on acquisition strategies, progress, and outcomes. Present findings and insights to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including marketing teams and external partners. Schedule and lead weekly meetings to discuss campaign performance, lead management, and improvement opportunities. 
  • Expertise in GA4: Assume responsibility as the company's GA4 expert, guiding and educating stakeholders on its capabilities and best practices. Ensure optimal utilization of GA4 for data analysis and campaign tracking.
  • Data Management: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of marketing dashboards and statistics. Ensure accuracy and relevancy of data, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Work with limited resources and demonstrate initiative in identifying challenges and proposing innovative solutions. Drive continuous improvement by promoting new ideas and best practices.

This is a PART TIME - 70% postion


Areas of your knowledge and Expertise::

  • Proven 2 year experience in user acquisition and digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Adept at problem-solving, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and opportunities.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Hubspot Marketing Hub - Advantage 
  • English - High proficiency
