About the team

The Zillow Group Talent Success organization drives the overall strategy and deployment of learning initiatives for all employees, including but not limited to onboarding programs, professional development and performance, and leadership development and a deep focus on leading our Cloud HQ employee experience. This focus on Cloud HQ drives our in-person connection and office foot print strategy. The team is a dedicated group of leaders, consultants, facilitators, designers, program operation leads, program managers and Event Planners and Workplace leads. Together, we work to enrich the employee experience of our employees, so they can develop personally and professionally in alignment with company goals.

About the role

As Zillow Group continues to invest in Cloud HQ, we are looking for a dynamic individual to lead the organization of internal efforts focused on the future of work and how we articulate the ideal employee experience in a remote first, M&A and diversified environment. The Senior Program Manager of Cloud HQ Experience will report to a Director level leader and collaborate with key partners (including Employee Service Center, HRBPs, People Analytics, Talent Acquisition and our E&B teams) across the organization to deeply understand and organize the current employee experience and craft the strategic direction of a distributed workforce. This role requires a blend of operational expertise, product thinking, strategic competence, innovation, and technology savvy to drive important change and enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.

You Will Get To:

  • Partner with HRBPs, Engagement and Belonging, and Talent Success leaders to clarify current strategy and define the future strategy for Cloud HQ.
  • Lead efforts to understand the Cloud HQ employee experience, identifying challenges and areas for improvement.
  • Partner across all People Org teams driving work forward to support Cloud HQ key touchpoints and make sure the employee life-cycle/experience is seamless
  • Regularly engage with business leaders to collect insights and feedback on the Cloud HQ experience within their respective areas.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Workplace Experience on zRetreat strategy and experience, and office footprint strategy.
  • Work closely with the People Analytics team to analyze employee data, test hypotheses, and inform strategy decisions.
  • Collaborate with Talent Success leaders to define the next iteration of talent management, learning, and technology needed for Cloud HQ.
  • Assess technology needs, including AI solutions, to optimize Cloud HQ operations and employee experience across the business.
  • Develop and implement organizational change strategies to support the transition to the future of work model at Cloud HQ.
  • Monitor industry trends and methodologies related to the future of work, recommending innovative ways to enhance employee experience and productivity.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $103,200.00 - $164,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • Excellent relationship leadership skills especially with senior partners and across projects of high risk and complexity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Strategic approach with the ability to connect projects and initiatives to the larger goals and objectives of the organization and advance projects even in situations of ambiguity where the steps may not be clear
  • Strong proficiency using Asana, Slack, Outlook, GSuite (docs, forms, sheets, slides), Mural, LMS (Docebo)
  • Advanced consultative skills, with the ability to diagnose and analyze team member needs, resolve, and develop solutions for high visibility and complex initiative
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to think strategically and develop long-term talent management initiatives in line with organizational goals
  • Experience with organizational change processes and an ability to mediate and resolve conflict
  • Tech fluency with an ability to identify, learn and implement new technologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Minimum of 5 years of validated experience with employee experience or talent management strategies including organizational development, human performance improvement, and performance management
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience leading projects
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
