Who we are looking for:

The Sr. Manager, Operations - Capital is responsible for driving a team that is focused on key operational initiatives and projects across various business functions. This role works closely with senior leaders, influences key stakeholders across the organization, scopes and manages large projects, and provides thought leadership and strategic thinking. The Sr. Manager, Operations - Capital utilizes data to measure and report key metrics and identify new opportunity areas. This position plays a critical role in bringing new ideas and innovation to life across the business. The Sr. Manager, Operations - Capital deeply understands the needs of the business through a consultative approach, understands project lifecycle, and manages throughout those cycles.

What you will do:

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Partner with leaders across various business units to identify opportunities
  • Develop the scope of projects and initiatives, and prioritize them to optimize the team's effectiveness
  • Develop detailed project plans to create structure for team's initiatives, planning and coordinating activities and resources
  • Maintain a deep level of operational and business knowledge through a consultative approach with various leaders throughout the organization by developing, fostering, and maintaining strong working relationships
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team through performance management and coaching
  • Establish goals, plans and related metrics; track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve program objectives
  • Collaborate with Corporate Development team regarding future opportunities and integration of new business partners into ACV
  • Identify and apply best practices and continuous process improvements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you will need:

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • 7+years progressive experience in leading projects and initiatives from conception to delivery
  • 3+ years progressive leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize and drive projects to completion
  • Advanced ability to manage all aspects of the project management life cycle for multiple projects at one time, to include those complex in nature
  • Strong ability to adapt and address unique challenges in collaborative and creative way
  • Advanced communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills as well as advanced presentation, influencing, problem-solving and relationship management skills
  • Advanced business operations knowledge
  • Six Sigma certification. Black-Belt certification a plus
  • A self-starter perspective, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment
  • Ability to thrive in a data-driven business, with demonstrated ability to leverage analytics resources to produce, monitor and refine KPIs to drive business outcomes

Compensation: $121,000-$135,000 annually. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
