Within Blackbaud, the Product and Technology Group Portfolio Management Office (PMO) provides the people, frameworks, tools, governance, and lean-agile leadership necessary for effective and optimize orchestration of value delivery across Blackbaud.

What you will do:

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to work directly with Blackbaud's Corporate Information Technology (IT) Team. IT is responsible for the internal applications that enable business operations across the company. Within Corporate IT, the Customer Success Portfolio Senior Program Manager is responsible for supporting the Customer Success Center of Excellence at Blackbaud, You will be responsible for project intake, prioritization and planning as the Scrum Master and Project Manager for these teams and supporting: Salesforce Service Cloud, Gainsight, Certinia (fka Financial Force) and other tools supporting these business operations. This role will directly impact our ability to support internal stakeholders as they optimize our end customers' experience and use of our diverse suite of products.

  • Develop an agile maturation roadmap, in alignment with Blackbaud's SAFe adoption strategy, for the portfolio
  • Work with PMO leaderships to mature and curate existing agile ceremonies, within the portfolio, to drive effective delivery of portfolio outcomes
  • Coach portfolio teams on agile concepts such as story pointing, backlog management, capacity and velocity management
  • Ensure alignment of portfolio activities to internal governance standards
  • Support cross portfolio initiatives including, dependency and risk management
  • Serve as the Customer Success Portfolio Project Manager on cross-organizational projects, as needed.

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of agile coaching and maturation experience (Scrum Master certification, preferred) Experience working in both agile and waterfall environments, simultaneously
  • Experience supporting internal, corporate IT organizations
  • Strong organizational, communication and collaboration skills, inclusive of presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of an organization, including with executive leadership
  • Proven track record for driving outcomes to completion in complex ecosystems

The starting base pay is $87,700.00 to $114,200.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
