As an Adobe Product Owner, Marketing Automation, you will be responsible for steering Marketing Automation product development through focus on an omni-channel customer experience. The Product Owner's primary duty will be defining and prioritizing features, ensuring alignment with business goals and collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will oversee development of campaigns within our Adobe marketing platforms, ensuring they meet user needs and enhance campaign effectiveness. We are looking for a highly motivated Product Owner to lead our Marketing Automation group. GMF has opportunities at all levels and are looking for passionate innovators to join our team. In this role, strong communication skills, understanding of marketing strategies and deep knowledge of automation platforms is necessary. Responsibilities

About the role:

Be a part of GMF's vision to oversee creation and execution of digital communication campaigns that are constantly being tested, measured, and optimized. Team members will have areas of strength and some level of specialization but must be adept at learning tools and working collaboratively with digital producers, campaign developers and stakeholders. Being flexible and experience in Adobe Campaign or Adobe Journey Optimizer is an added benefit.

Qualifications

What makes you a dream candidate?

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Campaign v7/v8, Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar email/communication automation platform
  • 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager with responsibility for Marketing Automation
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel best practices and strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, change, and uncertainty to deliver results with cross-functional teams in a positive manner
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work and focus on generating business value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital Designers, Digital Producers, Marketing Strategists, and Business Leaders

Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree or additional equivalent work or military experience preferred
  • 6-8 years' experience as a Product Owner/Manager on an Agile Scrum team required
  • Agile Certification (PSPO or CSP-PO or POPM/APM) required
  • Advanced Agile Certification preferred

Compensation: Competitive pay
