The Senior Impact Analyst will play a crucial role in driving the effectiveness and success of our adidas Brand Specialist Program (aBSP). This role is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to measure the impact of our team, establishing KPIs and measurement strategies to drive understanding of the team’s sales impact and providing actionable insights to maximize ROI and ROO. The ideal candidate would have a strong analytical background, experience in marketing analysis, experience in field marketing, and the ability to develop and lead initiatives independently.


ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Measurement Strategy & Execution: Identify the most effective methods for measuring our market impact, including activity analysis, mid-funnel metrics such as brand health, and sales performance. The Sr. Impact analyst will both develop and implement these strategies, leading a new era of measurement within the program.
  • Analysis: Perform rich, detailed analyses of all data inputs – drawing correlations between activity and impact, attributing our efforts to long-term adidas success. The Sr. Impact Analyst will lead the generation of new composite scores and metrics to summarize and showcase success.
  • Reporting: Work alongside program leadership and analyst resources to create, design, and deliver comprehensive weekly, monthly, and seasonal reports internally and externally to promote visibility, enhancements, and outcomes.
  • KPI Development & Adjustments: Utilizing our program KPI roadmap, recommend metrics and measurement enhancements that demonstrate the program's comprehensive value.
  • Process Improvement: Spot opportunities for process enhancements and execute solutions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Guide junior analysts and contribute to the growth of the analytics practice at Archrival. Encourage a culture of data-driven decision-making within aBSP.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analysis, business analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Excel)
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in field marketing or a closely related area is highly desirable.
  • Ability to drive projects forward autonomously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
