As a member of the creative team, you will collaborate with employees throughout the marketing and broader organization to develop print and digital visual marketing materials. You will have the opportunity to work on different projects that contribute to the next generation of our visual message to our customers as a Graphic Designer.

The Job:

• Collaborate with designers, photo and video producers on the in-house creative team to deliver on-brand marketing assets across digital and print mediums, including editorial layouts, packaging, event design, print collateral, branding, and digital advertising
• Translate creative direction and technical details into designs that drive results
• Work closely with the events team to curate brand touch points that result in memorable experiences 
• Reinforce Formlabs’ visual identity in day-to-day work while thinking strategically about moving the brand forward
• Own a variety of projects from concept, through iterations, to completion 

You:

• Have minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in professional setting
• Passionate about design and the user experience
• Are an independent thinker and a digital storyteller
• Have knowledge of Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Have an understanding of traditional and contemporary design standards (typography, color theory, and brand communication)
• Ready to do self-guided work while also effectively collaborating with other designers, and content producers 
• A multi-faceted communicator who can explain design decisions to any audience
• A flexible thinker who can craft new designs and be ready to switch gears when priorities change
• Interested in learning new tools and techniques
• Have a background in design, fine arts, or computer science

Bonus Skills:

• An interest in 3D printing and related technologies
• Have experience with animation or 3D design/rendering
