We are looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing company data and supporting all of the departments within the organization by providing reporting and recommending solutions to help grow the business.  This is a highly visible role with frequent interaction with key stakeholders and senior management.  

You will…

• Liaise with key stakeholders throughout the organization to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization, and translate that knowledge into recommended solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
• Become an expert on our data, including working with our Data Analytics Development team to design and implement new ways to present and track key metrics
• Lead and participate in cross-functional project teams to implement business solutions.
• Create price and profitability models for new and existing markets as well as new and existing product lines. 
• Develop reporting dashboards that are tracked and used regularly throughout the organization.
• Work closely with the sales team to model and measure new growth strategies as well as the retention strategy for existing business.
• Measure the success of marketing acquisition programs and work closely with the marketing team to maximize the return on marketing spend.
• Present thoughtful analysis and concise recommendations to senior management.
• Ad hoc projects as requested

You have…

• 3 - 5 years of experience (consulting, healthcare, finance, or startup environment preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Proven success working in a collaborative environment with a cross-functional team
• Experience with financial modeling, planning, and analysis
• Competency in Microsoft Office with a strong background in Microsoft Excel
• Robust written, verbal communication skills and presentation skills
• Ability to solve broad business questions through a data-driven approach
• Self-starter who can proactively identify and solve problems
