Key Responsibilities:

• You'll use your Agile Project Management expertise to facilitate the Agile process and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles.
• Your day-to-day activities will involve organizing and facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching the team on Agile methods, identifying and removing impediments, and ensuring the team delivers high quality software on time.
• You should have expert proficiency in Agile Project Management and advanced proficiency in Scrum.
• You must also possess advanced proficiency in Agile Process Coaching and Agile Methods ADM for Distributed Agile Development.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles. Coach the team on Agile methods and ensure continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Ensure the team delivers high quality software on time.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years Agile Project Management
• Associate's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Scrum
• Agile Methods ADM for Distributed Agile Development
• Agile Process Coaching

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
