Reporting directly to the Director, Business Operations and Planning, you will be responsible for determining, communicating and executing all project deliverables. This role will be an important part of the Field Services Operations team.

We are looking for a Renovation Project Manager, Operations to lead renovation projects overseeing ongoing projects and the onboarding of new clients in a profitable and operationally effective manner, as well as developing policies and procedures for each step in the process.

Job Description

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Execute the onboarding of new renovation projects. Define client specifications and the associated costs, revenue and timelines. 
  • Develop project plans and related project deliverables based on the project methodology and client requirements.
  • Manage the pipeline of projects to ensure successful completion and coordination of all efforts.
  • Build and ensure assigned projects are completed within budgets and agreed to SLA’s while meeting business objectives and overall guidelines.
  • Manage market research, special studies, and initiatives or due diligence assignments in support of the renovation department.
  • Facilitate conversations between operations teams, vendors, stakeholders, vendor management, quality assurance, finance, customers, and subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • The Renovations Project Manager knows how to balance the business and technical partnerships to establish and sustain project timelines, priorities, and scope.
  • Project documentation and reporting.
  • Remote work location; travel to worksites as necessary.
  • Additional duties as indicated.

BLOW US AWAY IF IN THE FIRST 120 DAYS YOU CAN…

  • Review new renovation client pipeline and perform follow up as necessary to achieve desired onboarding of additional renovation revenue generating clients.
  • Perform an assessment of the vendor network and processes to ensure the ability to accomplish the objectives.

Qualifications

  • Management skills
  • Construction industry experience and knowledge
  • Understanding of technical designs and specifications
  • High-level management experience to include excellent decision-making capabilities, above average organizational skills, strong attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks.
  • Strong facilitation skills; able to elicit statuses from various personalities across organizational and geographical boundaries.
  • Free to travel in support of the projects; easy access to airport is preferred.
