We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to be an integral part of a collaborative product team and is responsible for conducting the full test lifecycle of mobile and cloud-based web applications.
Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with empowered product teams that have a focus on solving problems.
  • Evaluate product functionality and create comprehensive test strategies and test cases to assess product quality.
  • Design, develop, execute and maintain test cases, and artifacts that make up the testing lifecycle.
  • Document and track defects, including steps to reproduce and severity level, using issue tracking systems such as Shortcut.
  • Identify and implement efficient ways to measure and improve product quality.
  • Work closely with our QA engineer to help support the development, maintenance, and execution of automation test suites
  • Remain up to date with current trends and grow your knowledge through continuous education and training.
  • Complies with and contributes to standards and procedures to ensure development consistency (e.g. programming standards, change management, version control).
  • Initiate and welcome candid guidance conversations at all levels.
  • Uphold Coviance's code of ethics and business conduct.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent
    Able and willing to collaborate in a team environment and exercise independent judgment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience building and designing test cases including knowledge of test methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with manual testing techniques and tools, such as test case management software and defect tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies, processes and tools
  • Ability to prioritize, manage and communicate on all activities to all stakeholders.
