About the Opportunity

DMI is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide overall quality control of DMI's scanning team to ensure health records are scanned properly and quality standards are compliant with customer's specifications
• Provide corrective actions for process improvement as needed to the scanning team
• Compile and maintain evidence of Quality Assurance Review results, identifying areas for improvement, and sharing best practices
• Train team as necessary to ensure quality standards are being met
• Plan, perform and oversee inspection of scanned medical records
• Ensure scanning team is treating PII with proper security protocols
• Report on results of quality activities
• Coordinate with customer's leadership DMI's quality assurance results and areas for improvement as needed
• Assist the Scanning Supervisor as needed

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

• 2+ years of previous QA experience preferred
• Candidates with previous experience on document scanning projects strongly preferred
• Previous EHR experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills required
• Superb computer competence, including experience with databases and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of QA terms, tools, and methodologies
