Job Title: Promotions Editor - WFOX TV

Position Overview

WFOX TV Jacksonville is looking for a Promotions Editor who will edit and shoot FOX30 and CBS47 station brand spots, targeted special report promos for broadcast television and digital/social platforms. This position will also require shooting and lighting skills, using Canon C-100/C-300 and Canon DSLR cameras.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Post Production on Mac platform utilizing the following programs:
• Adobe Aftereffects
• Adobe Premiere
• Shooting skills using Canon cinema and digital cameras.
• Creates web, mobile and social media videos as required.
• Works closely with Creative Services Director and Promotion Manager on station projects to include long format videos, commercials and sales presentations.
• Knowledge of field lighting.
• Graphic design.
• Sound design.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum five (2) years in a broadcast, production house, or ad agency environment
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite applications including but not limited to Aftereffects, and Premiere
• Macintosh experience a plus as well as a college degree in related field
