What You Will Do

The Program Manager of Integration is an exciting leadership role with high visibility across the Neurovascular Organization. We want someone that wants to be in the driver's seat leading the integration of M&A projects for life-saving medical products. You will be responsible for influencing across the Neurovascular Division and Stryker's functions and disciplines. You will be directly supporting on our strategy of being the global Neurovascular Interventions leader and delivering on our mission to make healthcare better.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strategic and operational alignment between teams, functions, and activities to successfully lead Integration projects
  • Translate M&A objectives and value drivers into integration goals, plans, and actions
  • Drive integration projects from inception to benefit realization; accelerating integration decision-making, reporting team progress, and identifying, communicating, and resolving issues quickly.
  • Build out and continuously improve integration capabilities by identifying and developing process improvements, best practices, and tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
  • Lead due diligence, integration planning sessions, and solution workshops to gather requirements, develop a comprehensive project plan including all workstreams to manage the team through integration execution and achieve each deal's success metrics
  • Collaborate with Division leadership to define, manage and own program scope. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure.
  • Develop and manage the detailed program Gantt chart. Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones. Own the program schedule.
  • Create program budget with cross-functional managers and directors. Optimize, monitor, and maintain costs within budget.
  • Partner with project teams to create the program's Quality Plans using a multitude of quality planning tools and techniques. Understands quality system(s). Monitor and maintain plans.
  • Develop a risk management plan for the program. Identify, analyze, and understand risks. Develop and monitor a risk response plan.
  • Estimate, acquire and assign cross functional program resources. Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member. Provide direct feedback to functional manager on performance reviews. Coach and mentor team members. Recruit and onboard staff; participate on hiring teams for cross-functional groups. May recruit, hire, onboard, manage, and develop direct staff.
  • Develop a Stakeholder engagement plan for the program, based on the identification, analysis and understanding of Stakeholder expectations and requirements.
  • High in emotional intelligence and stays calm under pressure. Adept in negotiations and conflict resolution.
  • Drives results in support of the business, even in the face of demanding timelines. Steps up to take on additional responsibility where appropriate.
  • Incorporates end-user feedback to refine scope through the project lifecycle and can communicate changes, updates, and decisions to key stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset - ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment

What You Will Need

  • BS or equivalent (MS and/or MBA preferred) and 8+ years of work experience required
  • PMP or PgMP or equivalent preferred
  • Medical Device experience highly preferred
  • M&A project experience highly preferred
  • Can influence without direct authority in a way that makes others want to be on their team.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Must be able to sit onsite a few days a week at 47900 Bayside Pkwy, Fremont, CA

$142,400- $232,900 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 30%
