The Enablement Program Coordinator is an individual contributor who will report to the Director, Educator Enablement. Your mission is to closely collaborate with internal teams and strategic external partners and coordinate various work streams that will allow the Educator Enablement program to succeed. This will be in support of the overarching goal of driving increased user adoption and retention via partnered schools/districts across the United States.


Please note that this is a 12-month contract with an opportunity for extension and/or for this role to convert to permanent.

Your Impact

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for live and online events (e.g., educator-centric conferences, online webinars, etc.)
  • Generate recommendations for impactful tactics to enhance Prodigy’s visibility via teacher-centric communities (e.g., the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, We Are Teachers, Tech and Learning, etc.) and see them through launch & measurement
  • Support the development of sales and training materials
  • Manage Swag procurement and ensure adequate levels of inventory for various educator incentive programs
  • Ensure that CRM software processes run smoothly for Educator Enablement stakeholders
  • Ensure that training/booking software processes run smoothly for Educator Success Specialists
  • Facilitate reporting processes for the Educator Enablement team
  • Confirm the Educator Enablement team is closely aligned with Product (Educators), User Acquisition, Customer Support, and other teams (as needed)
  • Consistently deepen your learning about K-12 education (e.g., federal/state policies, evolving market trends, domain-based jargon, etc.)

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in project management/coordination preferably in the marketing field
  • Incredibly organized while having multiple projects happening simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adept at managing timelines/deadlines, and proficient at prioritizing tasks
  • Ability to monitor/maintain/track, and report on budgets/expenses
  • Experience with comprehensive logistics for events: Live events (e.g., educator-centric conferences): facilitating collateral creation, handling inbound/outbound freight shipping, organizing onsite schedules, booking transportation/lodging, etc
  • Asynchronous events (e.g., webinars): scheduling, creating friction-free sign-up processes, generating demand, etc
  • Enjoy collaborating in a highly cross-functional environment of internal and external stakeholders
  • Eligible and willing to occasionally travel for live events (e.g. educator-centric conferences or school/district site visits) in the United States
  • Alignment to Prodigy’s values
  • Excellent verbal and written communication is required

Bonus Points

  • Proficient with sales management software (e.g., CRM tooling).
  • Experience with webinar software (e.g., Zoom Webinars).
  • A degree, diploma or certification in Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • Experience being a part of a scaling organization.
