At ZoomInfo, we encourage creativity, value innovation, demand teamwork, expect accountability and cherish results. We value your take charge, take initiative, get stuff done attitude and will help you unlock your growth potential. One great choice can change everything. Thrive with us at ZoomInfo.

ZoomInfo (ZI) is how businesses go to market (GTM) and we’re on a mission to modernize go-to-market for everyone. Powered by real-time data and insights, our unified engagement platform helps sales and marketing teams find, acquire, and grow customers.

You will be a core part of the product operations team, as a force multiplier for our talented product team. You will equip the team with the inputs they need to define strong strategy, make faster and better decisions, and align product strategy with GTM strategy. The goal is to continually improve our product teams so that we can move faster, all while staying aligned with our key GTM stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build the fact base for major strategic decisions: Lead discovery, analysis, recommendation to leadership, and implementation of major cross functional strategic decisions (e.g., seat vs. consumption revenue strategy, total addressable market and ROI to decide if we invest in building a new product line)
  • Analyze and synthesize the voice of the customer: Stitch together the trove of customer feedback (including our internal GTM “customers”) to generate themes and insights that enable the product teams to make better, more customer centric product decisions
  • Be the connective tissue between Product & GTM teams: GTM org is equipped with and understands quarterly, annual product roadmaps, and shared goals. This also includes any driving high priority topic specific deliverables (e.g., AI specific roadmap and target use cases) that enterprise support teams need
  • Standardize and scale operating model: Refine and evolve key aspects of our operating model to ensure we are efficient and effective. This includes focusing on how we work and our operations, our organization structure and alignment, and the technology that powers our teams.

What You bring:

  • High familiarity with how software products are built (first hand experience preferred but not required)
  • Track record of creating efficiencies and optimizing processes, including creating best practice methodologies and other change management programs
  • Experience with complex change management processes, requiring close monitoring of progress and compliance with new processes and standards
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills) and the ability to work across complex stakeholder groups
  • Comfortable working in an iterative environment, where no single person has the right answer and getting to the an aligned plan can require inputs from multiple stakeholders
  • Data driven mindset with deep experience in using data-driven insights to propel change and measure impact
  • Obsessed with continuous improvement and defines new possibilities by questioning the status quo; drive to understand both the ‘why’ and the “so what”
  • Collaborative, but not prone to decision paralysis and can make decisions quickly when necessary
  • A strong bias for action and accountability coupled with a clear sense of ownership; able to get stuff done in a matrixed organization
  • Operate as one team, one dream - honest with ourselves, our colleagues, and our community. Have the teams back, helping them grow and celebrate wins / losses together
  • 2+ years at a top consulting firm working with software companies or software related projects, or 2+ years in product operations a high growth, fast paced software company
  • Some product management experience, or familiarity with how product managers work is highly preferred

How we work:

  • Be Relentless. We will be relentless: when we deliver value to clients; when we compete; when we run into difficult problems. We will outpace and outcompete our competition. We are smart, clever, and resourceful in everything we do. Competing with us for the same customers will be a daunting experience.
  • Be Entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs hustle, move fast, take ownership, they have autonomy, and make decisions. They are accountable, but they do not operate in fear, they aren’t afraid to fail. They are resilient, resourceful, and solutions-oriented - even when conditions say otherwise. We will entrust, and expect, our leadership and our teams to operate as entrepreneurs.
  • Be Experts. Winning for our customers requires that we understand them deeply. Winning for our business requires us to be experts in our domain areas. Great companies solve complex and costly problems for their customers - you can’t do this without being an expert in your customers’ day to day workflow. We will demand this level of customer and business expertise from everyone at the company.
  • Be Innovators. Innovating is who we are, it is how we have gotten here. But not just with our product and how we define what GTM means for the future. We innovate to be leaner and more efficient in the way we operate, we will find ways to drive outcomes no one thought were possible - from marketing and lead generation to legal, finance, and procurement. Through innovation, we will set a new standard for how great companies operate with discipline.
  • Be a Team. We can’t win if we act like a random assortment of siloed groups. We are one team, working together to win. We collaborate and lean in to help each other.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, ethnicity, religion, gender, national origin, disability and protected veterans status or any other  personal characteristic protected by law.
