Supports services including EKS, GKE, Kinesis, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and BigQuery. Participates in on-call rotations, incident response, post-incident reviews, and SRE practices while collaborating with software engineering teams. Uses AI-powered tooling to accelerate infrastructure automation and troubleshooting, and documents runbooks and operational knowledge.

Designs scalable, AI-ready data solutions for customers by translating business and technical requirements into data architectures. Responsibilities include technical discovery, data-flow mapping, data validation, entity resolution, integration design, documentation, and governance. The role delivers technical presentations and workshops, collaborates across sales and delivery teams, leverages LLMs and MCP tooling, and identifies solution gaps throughout the customer lifecycle to support satisfaction and account growth.

Design, build, and operate high-volume distributed systems and streaming data services. Develop Java microservices and Python backend APIs, implement real-time engagement-to-CRM mapping, integrate third-party conferencing and CRM platforms, drive architecture and best practices, mentor engineers, and own customer-facing production systems.

Lead complex enterprise GTM consulting engagements and pre-sales, architect data-driven revenue operations, design GTM frameworks and playbooks, run executive workshops, mentor consultants, and drive expansion and delivery excellence across cross-functional teams.

Execute outbound enterprise sales prospecting into existing customers to build pipeline for Account Managers. Articulate ZoomInfo value, identify expansion opportunities, personalize outreach, collaborate with Account Managers, and maintain a structured prospecting plan to drive demos and pipeline.

Build and operate large-scale backend data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows for ingesting, validating, normalizing, enriching, and storing high-volume data. Implement Java-based services, batch and streaming processing (Beam, Spark, Dataflow), orchestration (Airflow), and cloud infrastructure (GCP). Improve data quality, observability, and reliability while collaborating with product and platform teams to deliver production-grade data acquisition solutions.

Lead DevOps and SRE initiatives for cloud-native data platforms: deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads (EKS/GKE), provision infrastructure with Terraform, maintain CI/CD (Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions), automate with Python, monitor observability tools, optimize cloud costs, enforce security and SRE best practices, and collaborate with data teams to improve reliability and workflows.

Design, implement, and operate scalable, fault-tolerant web crawling and extraction pipelines processing massive web data. Write production Java/Python code, build ETL/ELT pipelines (BigQuery/Snowflake), use Kafka, Kubernetes (GKE/EKS), Terraform, and Airflow, and improve observability, reliability, and collaboration with product and data science teams.

Lead Tier 1 product and release enablement across ZoomInfo's GTM platform, designing engaging eLearning, demo video, playbooks and field resources. Partner with Product SMEs, Solutions Consultants, and Role Enablement to deliver live and virtual training, measure adoption, and build targeted enablement programs for pre-sales and specialist audiences using enterprise reporting and AI tools.

Manage night-shift workplace operations including facilities coordination, transport and travel logistics, access and ID management, food/beverage and vendor coordination, event and meeting support, courier/visitor handling, safety and emergency support, and administrative record-keeping to ensure smooth office functioning.

Build and deploy backend components for a conversation-intelligence platform: design complex distributed systems and microservices, integrate third-party conference providers via SDKs, work with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), SQL and NoSQL datastores, RESTful APIs and CI/CD, and support a customer-facing product handling millions of requests daily.

Design, build, and maintain high-volume backend microservices and full-stack scalable applications.
