How you contribute to our success
We are seeking a driven and creative Product Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our products by developing and executing go-to-market strategies, creating impactful messaging, shaping the market perception of our product, supporting sales and client enablement, and collaborating across various departments.

Responsibilities

Market Strategy & Competitive Analysis:

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand the target audience, competitive landscape, identifying key trends, opportunities, and competitor strengths and weaknesses.

· Develop and maintain a comprehensive competitive intelligence report, informing product positioning and messaging.

· Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with the target market.

· Create and manage product launch plans, collateral development, and promotional activities.

· Partner with the product team to ensure our product offerings stay ahead of the curve and address evolving market needs.

· Manage and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Sales & Client Enablement:

· Collaborate with the Sales team to understand the sales cycle and target market needs.

· Develop impactful sales enablement materials, such as presentations, product brochures, and one-pagers, highlighting product value propositions and key differentiators.

· Create comprehensive process, ensuring successful product adoption.

· Develop clear and concise product messaging that highlights key benefits and value propositions.

· Collaborate with content creators to produce compelling marketing materials, such as website copy, videos, and product demos.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams:

· Provide product training and enablement to sales and customer support teams.

· Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions and marketing initiatives.

Education

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Experience, skills, and characteristics

· 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role.

· Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.

· Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Passion for technology and a strong desire to learn new things.

· Familiarity with HubSpot, Craft, Highspot, Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other marketing automation and sales enablement tools.

Physical & Working Environment

· Normal mental and visual attention is required. Normal office working conditions requiring continuous use of both hands. Sitting most of the time, may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

· Position requires occasional bending, squatting, twisting and climbing stairs. There are minimal exposures to workplace hazards.
