Position Overview:
As the Technical Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotalrole as an Individual Contributor driving successful mastery of Quickbase solutions within both internalteams and external stakeholders. Reporting under Customer Success Enablement,you will collaborate closely with the Product team to design, develop, andimplement comprehensive training programs showcasing the full potential ofQuickbase and FastField features and functionalities. Your expertise intechnical knowledge, coupled with your proficiency in content creation and facilitation,will be instrumental in empowering Quickbase employees to effectively guidecustomers in product utilization and adoption.
Role Responsibilities:
· Collaborate withthe Product team to Create internal and external release notes enablement.
· Partner with CrossFunctional stakeholders to develop training materials, enablement tools, andpresentations.
· Design courses, tutorials,guides, webinars, and demos for various skill levels.
· Facilitateinternal and external training sessions on Quickbase capabilities.
· Co-facilitateinternal product training for employee onboarding and ongoing skilldevelopment.
· Design andconduct advanced product training for specialized teams or individuals.
· Evaluatetraining effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
· Provideresponsive support and personalized guidance to Quickbase users.
· Stay informedabout Quickbase updates and industry trends for training.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor'sdegree preferred in relevant fields: Education, Computer Science, IT, orBusiness Administration.
· 1-2 years ofCustomer Success or related experience.
· DemonstratedQuickbase experience, showing mastery of functionalities and customization preferred.
· Expertise intraining content creation and delivery, with proficiency in instructionaldesign principles.
· Proven abilityto facilitate effective, engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.
· Possess strongcommunication skills with the ability to translate complex technical subjectsinto understandable and engaging content.
· Stronganalytical skills for assessing training needs and driving continuousimprovement.
· Exhibitsproficiency in independent problem-solving, leveraging strong analytical skillsand a proactive approach to task resolution.
· Collaborativemindset, passionate about empowering others through education and skilldevelopment.
· Familiarity withRelational Databases, AI, APIs, webhooks, enabling seamless data exchange andworkflow automation.
· Highlyproficient in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Articulate, and Salesforce.
· Familiar withtools and languages such as AWS, Splunk, Postman, HTML/CSS, and Javascript
