Join the Webex Platform Analytics Design team as a Product Designer and shape the future of work with us. You'll be part of a dedicated team that is transforming how IT admins manage their suite of Webex products and ensure the best possible collaboration experiences for their end users. The Webex Platform is the glue that connects all Webex services and enables our collaboration products to run seamlessly - anywhere, on any device.

To enable this vision, we are looking for passionate, smart, and motivated UX designers to join our global design team. In the Cisco Webex Platform Analytics design team, we are passionate about delivering outstanding data and AI experiences to both end users and IT admins. We believe our software can profoundly change the world of IT admins and how AI helps IT admins detect problems and solutions smartly and securely, and it is our mission to be the leader in this space.

To make it happen, you will:

  • Apply your talent and design skills to craft seamless, end-to-end user experiences and implement in a fast-paced environment of ambiguity
  • Design innovative and highly usable interaction flows for a variety of personas and you'll contribute and work with a design system for data visualization
  • Thrive in a constructive environment for teamwork, idea exploration, and creativity
  • Design and troubleshoot products that are related to big data analytics

Who You'll Work With

As a Product Designer, you will work with a global design & product org across different continents and time zones and engage with users and customers to gather feedback and drive continual improvement to our products. You'll collaborate closely with other designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers to take your designs from concept to real product.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related field
  • 1 + years of experience working as UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer
  • Portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design process, mature design thinking, and both interaction & visual design

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 + years of work experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer
  • Master's degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, or a related field
  • Keen understanding of usability principles and strategic design thinking with a passion for delivering a quality product, all the way to our end users
  • Ability to balance multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Figma
  • Prototyping skills
  • Data visualization experience
  • AI product experience

When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hire, full-time salaries in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including equity or benefits. For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Hiring ranges for sales positions include base and incentive compensation target. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Applicants may not be eligible for the full salary range based on their U.S. or Canada hiring location. The recruiter can share more details about compensation for the role in your location during the hiring process.

U.S. employees have to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community. Employees are also able to purchase company stock through our Employee Stock Purchase Program.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:

.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;

1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
