Job Description:

As a Product Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding and optimizing the performance of our product offerings. Leveraging your analytical skills and business acumen, you will gather, analyze, and interpret data related to our products, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making and enhance overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess product data from various sources, including device telemetry, sales databases, customer feedback, market research reports, and web analytics tools.
  • Analyze product performance metrics, including battery performance, device analytics, customer engagement, conversion rates, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape insights that impact product strategy.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor product performance and track progress against business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and sales, to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product development, marketing strategies, and pricing decisions.
  • Generate reports, presentations, and data visualizations to communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Build predictive models to forecast product demand, anticipate market trends, and support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Continuously optimize data collection methods, analysis techniques, and reporting processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of product data analysis efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 6 - 8 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a product-focused and big data environment.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and extract actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
