As aPrincipal Systems Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role inthe design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutionsthat drive innovation, safety, and efficiency in the Electronic SolutionsStrategic Business Unit. You will work within and lead cross-functional teamson cutting-edge projects that transform the way businesses operate. Yourtechnical expertise in systems engineering, project management, and technicalleadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of technology andindustry solutions. In this role, you will impact the development and implementationof advanced features in Honewelll Flight Management System for Airbus customer.You will lead the definition and development of system architectures anddesigns, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with industry bestpractices. You will also provide technical leadership and guidance toengineering teams, mentor and coach less experienced engineers, and collaboratewith stakeholders to capture and manage system requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the definition anddevelopment of Flight Management Systems architectures and designs to meet project andcustomer requirements
• Ensure that systemsolutions are scalable, reliable, and align with industry best practices
• Provide technicalleadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring the successful executionof projects
• Mentor and coach less experienced engineers,fostering their professional growth
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture andmanage system requirements, ensuring they are well-defined, complete, andtraceable throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and execute testplans, analyze test results, and drive corrective actions
• Oversee the integration andtesting of complex systems, ensuring that they meet performance and qualitystandards

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

YOU MUST HAVE

• 10+ years of experience in FlightManagement Systems engineering and project leadership
• Mastery of knowledge insystems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Ability to work underminimal supervision
• Background in leading complex project teams
