DUTIES:

Analyze highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems, leveraging S/4 Fashion solution to solve retail and fashion challenges with a focus on the integration of trading partners (EDI) and e-commerce solutions. Provide solutions for business needs in all areas of the company. Coordinate with corporate IT, vendors, trading partners and business users on project deliverables. Monitor the design, development and implementation of global business solutions. Design solutions with innovation and ensuring the ability to deliver value over time. Lead all phases of the project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and post-production support/maintenance. Establish, grow, and enhance collaborative relationships with global business leads. Collaborate with business areas to understand needs and develop or introduce solutions to maximize value. Lead the development of technical designs and architectures for development projects. Promote effective and collaborative communication with internal team members and Business Partners. Create procedures to research and debug potential performance or other system anomalies for IT team members (i.e. demonstrate superior problem resolution). Communicate status of projects and initiatives to middle and senior level management. Maintain a solid working relationship with 3rd party EDI Provider and customers including coordination of map development, testing, and deployment Develop and implement test plans and test scripts for EDI and Ecommerce transactions. Analyze and troubleshoot issues on accounts, transactions, and questions on EDI and Ecommerce workflow and processes. Monitor EDI and E-commerce production system for errors and day to day activity. May work from home up to 3 days per week.

REQUIREMENTS:

8 years of SAP SD or OTC with integration experience (with no degree); or a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years of SAP SD or OTC with integration experience.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be "quantified" by "time". Required expertise/knowledge includes:

• 5 years of Hybris integration or E-commerce experience.
• SAP OTC implementation and support experience.
• Experience configuring and supporting SAP OTC lifecycle processes including pricing and output conditions.
• Business process and industry knowledge around E-commerce.
• Experience in developing the end to end architecture for SAP processes.
• Experience with the integration to SAP Order processing with SAP (Hybris) or 3rd party applications.
• Knowledge of solution platforms, custom development, and package implementations to work on highly complex projects.
