As a Power Apps Solutions Analyst, you will play a vital role in advancing process automation and empowering the organization with user-friendly applications tailored to meet specific business requirements. Your technical expertise in Power Apps development and your ability to collaborate with stakeholders will contribute to the successful implementation and utilization of solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization.

This role will report directly to the Planning and Analytics department, working closely with the New Product, Quality, and Manufacturing Controls departments.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points
• Design and develop custom solutions using Power Apps to address business needs
• Create user-friendly interfaces and intuitive workflows for seamless user experiences
• Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 tools and data sources as needed
• Automate processes using Power Automate to streamline operations
• Ensure data integrity and security in Power Apps solutions
• Conduct thorough testing of Power Apps solutions to identify and resolve issues
• Implement quality assurance best practices to ensure the reliability and performance of applications
• Provide training sessions to end-users on how to effectively use Power Apps solutions
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and gather feedback
• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and team members
• Stay updated on the latest features and updates related to Power Apps
• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of existing Power Apps solutions
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Power Apps solutions
• Share best practices and knowledge with team members to promote continuous learning

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building solutions with Microsoft Power Apps
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI
• Robust knowledge of application development principles, user interface design, and data integration
• Experience with SharePoint integration in Power Apps
• Impressive problem-solving and analytical skills to design effective solutions
• Well-developed communication skills to interact with stakeholders and end-users skillfully
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Certifications via Microsoft specializing in Power Apps or similar are preferred but not required
