Pfizer Israel is looking for Patient Support Admin assistance
Location: Herzliya - Israel
Report to: Rare Diseases Business unit Lead
Type of position: Full time, temporary - for 9 months
Role Description
The Patient support admin assistance will manage incoming phone calls from to patients, supporting them with Trainings or other issues.
Work hours are between 8:00 AM-9:00 PM (08:00-17:00/12:00-21:00 every second day).
The Patient support admin assistance will also provide comprehensive administration support to the nurse team executing its full range of duties .
Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance and support to patients.
  • Open a patient file in a digital platform.
  • Provide explanation regarding a consent form, send to patient, and ensure that all the process correctly.
  • Coordination training to patients
  • Provide administrative support to the Nurse Team


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (General Educational Development)
  • Previous experience that demonstrates ability to proactively carry out administrative functions proficiently, and to complete quality work in a timely manner
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge and proficiency with general office procedures, such as telephone reception, customer service, e-mail etiquette etc.
  • Hebrew and High level of English
  • Excellent PC Skills- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Customer focus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to be flexible and adapt to changes
  • Strong planning and prioritizing skills
  • Well-organized, independent

תיאור התפקיד:

  • מענה טלפוני למטופלים היוצרים קשר לצורך קבלת הדרכ ה / נושאים אחרים מצוות האחיות
  • לספק תמיכה אדמיניסטרטיבית הן למטופלים והן לצוות האחיות
  • שעות המענה הטלפוני והתמיכה האדמניסטרטיבית מ 8:00-21:00, (8:00-17:00 ו- 12:00-21:00 לסרוגין )


אחריות:

  • לספק מענה לשאלות מטופלים בעיניינים אדמניסטרטיבים
  • פתיחת תיק מטופל במערכות ממוחשבות
  • שליחת טופס הסכמה למטופל, הסבר על טופס ההסכמה ווידוא כי כלל הפרטים נכונים בט ו פס ההסכמה .
  • תי א ו ם הדרכה למטופלים .
  • תמיכה אדמניסטרטיבית ל אחיות
