We are heavy hitters who move fast, think big, and team up to deliver results with our closest partners in Business Intelligence, Product Management, Business Operations, and Marketing. Come join us!

About the role

You will contribute to the success of the Premier Agent business by crafting and driving the partner agent related program within Zillow's new Seller business, focusing specifically on increasing closed transactions between home sellers on Zillow and the Premier Agent partners we connect them with. You will help set and implement the strategy for increasing conversion across the home selling funnel (from initial inquiry to connecting with a listing agent to sale closed) by partnering with our Analytics, Product, Marketing, and Frontline Enablement teams to diagnose the causes of funnel leakage and implement solutions that move the needle.

Are you highly motivated with a drive for action and have the ability to rally internal collaborators around strategies? Responsibilities:

  • Build and publish sources of truth on partner standard processes that drive conversion at every stage of the funnel by using research, data analysis, business knowledge, and intuition for partner behavior.

Test it out by creating strategic pilots and/or proofs-of-concept.
  • Develop and operationalize initiatives to enhance the partners' performance at scale with measurable success. Present the value proposition, secure working group consensus, develop plans, test pilots, and contribute to the implementation of scalable solutions end-to-end.
  • Interpret data provided by analytics, data science, and economics teams to keep a pulse on the health of our Premier Listing conversion funnel and use the insights to drive improvements.
