AvePoint is excited to provide the opportunity for a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to join our team. As our Senior Partner Enablement Manager, you will:   

  • Manage and support strategic programming efforts, including the development of the partner enablement roadmap, ensuring its successful delivery and execution, maintaining accountability within the project team, and project managing delivery. 
  • Help the team solve for business challenges with creative, innovative learning and enablement tools and solutions to maximize the independence and autonomy of AvePoint partners globally.  
  • Work closely with the L&D team to develop and execute a strategic learning and development roadmap tailored specifically to our global partner network.  
  • Develop and deliver a globally consistent onboarding program for all quota-carrying and partner-facing AvePoint employees inc certifications, badging and personalized new hire KPIs based on AvePoint’s enablement framework.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product and Technical teams to identify partner enablement needs and opportunities for improvement and collaboration – both within and outside of the partner ecosystem. 
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partner training and certification initiatives, regularly analyzing feedback and performance metrics to make data-driven improvements. 
  • Foster strong relationships and collaboration with key stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact for partner-facing training and enablement-related inquiries. 
  • Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance partner-facing enablement. 
  • Participate in developing AvePoint’s global L&D offering by partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver enablement, leadership and product training that scales to both internal and external audiences.  

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Proven track record of designing, developing and implementing successful training programs for external partners or clients (from strategy to execution and delivery) 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines. 
  • Strong content design and strategy experience, preferably within the tech space. Localization experiences a strong plus. 
  • Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms, experience building net new certification programs a strong plus.  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Ability to travel as needed.
