We are hiring for a Network Operations Specialist to provide proactive maintenance, monitoring, and software services for a variety of the digital menu board footprint, both indoor and outdoor. This includes monitoring devices in the field for issues, scheduling on-site technicians, arranging part shipments from warehouses, and updating the knowledge base.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Provide system operation services to STRATACACHE clients
- Provide technical support assistance
- Update daily monitoring reports
- Perform other duties, as requested.
Qualifications
- Minimum of High School degree required; Associates Degree in Computer Science preferred
- 2+ years technical support or relevant experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task and plan/prioritize work to meet deadlines with a high-degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
