The Motion Graphic Designer is a role that assists the marketing department's Global Head of Creative and creative team and will be responsible for a variety of duties including, but not limited to, creating visually engaging animations and graphics for various media platforms, conceptualize, design, and animate captivating visuals that resonate with our target audiences and markets. Your work will not only enhance our brand's visual identity but is crucial in enhancing visual storytelling and making materials more engaging and memorable.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop motion graphic concepts that align with the marketing objectives and campaign goals.
  • Utilizing video software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite to design and execute captivating motion graphic projects.
  • Understanding of various media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, etc.) and their specific design requirements and formats.
  • Incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content.
  • Adapting and optimizing motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices.
  • Demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Contributing to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the design team.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand project goals, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions to achieve the desired creative vision.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion graphics design.
  • Knowledge of casino and entertainment industry trends is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of video shooting, videography equipment, lighting, and staging, editing, audio design, color correcting, and compositing (highly preferred, but not necessary)

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in design or a related field
  • Experience in an advertising agency or in-house art department highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen sense of detail, flexibility, and agility to adjust quickly and with confidence and ease.
  • Must have a portfolio.
  • Familiarity with management software system Wrike (or similar software system)

$57,104-$106,051

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
