Job description
The Marketing Specialist - Global Technology Ecosystems (working student-intern) will support Akeneo in the Global Partner Marketing demand generation execution specifically focussed on Akeneo's Technology Ecosystem, including ISV Partners and App Store contributors. You'll support an integrated strategy of events/webinars, email marketing, social, and other tactics to generate leads and ROI. This role will collaborate closely with strategy, sales, operations, product marketing, partners, and the extended marketing team.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, looking to develop project management skills, willing to learn, and passionate about supporting the revenue engine.
Responsibilities

• This position reports to the Director, Global Integrated Demand.
• Work closely with the sales and partner teams to support regional and global programs and plans to deliver leads and pipeline.
• Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to support sales enablement and effective utilization of marketing campaigns and resources.
• Research vendors for paid efforts (tradeshows, webinars, paid media, etc.) relevant to our market, buyer personas, and verticals.
• Manage the data and the lead upload process to support campaign tracking and measurement.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns - managing the calendar, email build, and scheduling.
• Support social media efforts by requesting, monitoring, and aggregating data.
• Support logistics related to programs such as merchandising, signage, collateral, registration, shipping, technical setup (webinars), etc.
• Follow & update marketing plans for visibility and coverage.
• Other general administrative support.

Qualifications

• Internship - working student from business school.
• Prior experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
• A scrappy, 'get it done' attitude; resourceful and creative.
• You act with empathy and communicate with honesty, candor, and respect.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Ability to adapt to change and take on new projects.
• Along with English, any French or German language is a plus.
