Training is our expertise. We provide comprehensive classroom-style training and demonstrations, so no experience is necessary. As the Marketing & Sales Representative, you will receive training in product knowledge, effective sales techniques, field marketing systems, and general operational procedures.

What will you be doing?
- Generate revenue for our telecommunications client and achieve monthly sales metrics through effective field marketing techniques
- Conduct target market research and build campaign solutions that will achieve specified target metrics as designated by the client and exceed client expectations
- Establish trusting relationships with consumers, clients, and team members and meet all responsibilities with adequate preparation, delivery, and follow-through
- Act as the main point of contact between consumers and the client to provide valuable feedback regarding the product/service quality and the consumer experience
- Stay current with industry news and present ideas to improve and streamline our field marketing and sales strategies
- Create sales training materials, pitch presentations, and efficient reporting tools
What you will bring:
- At least 1-2 years of sales, cold-calling, or marketing experience
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Track record of success in managing multiple priorities in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
