About The Role

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and data-driven Client Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will obsess about making every touchpoint with our current clients positive, thoughtful, and impactful. You'll craft and implement comprehensive strategies from the ground up, leveraging your creativity and analytical prowess to drive significant impact on our customer's journey from acquisition through to loyalty. The ideal candidate will be ready to roll up their sleeves to manage all retention and expansion-driving email marketing, engagement strategy, partner surveys and NPS. 


What You Will Do

During the First Month:

  • Learn about Niche by meeting with various team members to learn more about our company through our Onboarding meetings
  • Meet and collaborate with the Marketing and Partnerships Management Team to get a clear understanding of our products, target audiences, and value proposition 
  • Build your knowledge of Niche’s Salesforce and Marketo instances, as well as the data, reports, and resources that inform the marketing
  • Start building relationships and trust with key stakeholders on the B2B Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams
  • Collaborate with the marketing to create an inventory of current partner marketing touchpoints to inform future strategy

Within 3 Months:

  • Establish strong relationships across the Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and Design teams to build cross-functional cohesion
  • Develop a deep understanding of the data available in Salesforce that will be used to create targeted and automated marketing campaigns
  • Identify areas of improvement in client marketing materials, and develop a timeline for implementation
  • Begin to identify and implement new client marketing campaigns

Within 6 Months:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize numerous existing client marketing campaigns
  • Work with the Partner Management team on key strategies for improving NPS
  • Begin to develop campaign optimizations and automations to increase efficiency

Within 12 Months:

  • Become a key stakeholder in decreasing churn, increasing expansion and improving partner satisfaction
  • Report on client engagement metrics and identify which programs are most impactful to the business; propose new growth strategies
  • Develop the client marketing playbook for keeping clients excited, engaged, and informed from onboarding through renewal


What We Are Looking For

  • 3-5 years experience in a client lifecycle marketing role is required
  • Excellent email marketing and content creation skills
  • Experience with Marketo and/or Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience in Education, EdTech, and /or B2B Saas is required
  • Experience with Gong or related platforms is preferred
  • Proven track record of getting things done
  • Able to thrive and quickly adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • You have the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • You are a strong problem solver and strategic thinker
  • You are organized and self-disciplined, with the ability to meet tight deadlines


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop the lifecycle marketing strategies that will have the greatest impact on engagement and retention
  • Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of client lifecycle marketing strategies, including: emails, webinars, direct mail and NPS
  • Become an expert in Salesforce and Marketo to manage and segment customers for automated and targeted campaigns, employ testing for continuous improvement, and monitor campaign performance to drive optimizations
  • Plan and develop compelling customer-focused content, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives
  • Partner across the Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to ensure we have a consistent and unified voice when engaging with our Higher Ed and K-12 partners

Compensation 

Our national target base salary range is  $61,360-$76,700, plus participation in our Annual Bonus and Stock Option Program. Base compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.
