We are looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Content Director to lead our marketing team's content initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and beyond. This role is crucial in developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that effectively communicates our brand's message and supports our marketing goals. The Marketing Content Director will oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of engaging and high-quality content across various platforms.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement a holistic content strategy that encompasses digital, social media, website, and print materials.
  • Lead and inspire a team of content creators, editors, and strategists, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence in content production.
  • Establish and enforce accountability frameworks to ensure team members meet deliverables and adhere to content quality standards.
  • Create and maintain a framework for content success, including setting clear goals, metrics, and processes for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone, and optimized for different channels and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with other departments for a cohesive and integrated approach to content, aligning with overall company initiatives.
  • Utilize data and analytics to guide content decisions, optimizing for audience engagement and content effectiveness.
  • Manage content-related projects and budgets, ensuring strategic resource allocation and maximum impact.
  • Keep abreast of content trends, digital technology, and audience preferences to maintain the relevance and impact of our content.

Ideal candidate has:

  • A proven track record in content creation and strategic management across multiple platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of content marketing, SEO, social media, and digital advertising strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Creativity and innovative thinking, always looking for new ways to engage audiences.
  • A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
  • Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment

The target salary range for this position is: $140,000, - $170,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
