This is a full-time in person position reporting to the Senior Project Manager. As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and campaigns. you will analyze customer data, monitor campaign performance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive marketing effectiveness and improve customer engagement. We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Marketing Analyst with a strong focus on analytics and reporting to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing efforts by providing insights derived from various analytics platforms such as Salesforce, CRM Marketing Cloud or similar platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of utilizing these platforms to extract actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM tools to automate campaigns, personalize messaging, and optimize customer journeys.
- Generate and maintain weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports on CRM communications and other marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable insights to various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to optimize campaigns and strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Identify trends and patterns in user behavior, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to suggest improvements and opportunities.
- Conduct A/B tests on campaign elements (subject lines, content, CTAs) to optimize performance and drive conversion improvements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in marketing analytics and tools.
- Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies to achieve marketing goals.
Skill and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of computers, networking, and electronics.
- Ability to identify the cause of processing problems and delays and to establish corrective actions.
- Resolution mindset, proven experience helping users navigate the client online platform tools to a solution.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred.
- Minimum of a year experience in CRM analytics, campaign management, or related roles.
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models and customer journey mapping.
- Proven experience in extracting insights from data and translating them into actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant) and other relevant certifications are a plus.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
