Job Description

BryceTech is seeking an experienced Management Analyst to join our team and support our Federal Government Customer. The Management Analyst will provide support to the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR), HHS-Coordination Operations and Response Element (H-CORE) Support Services.

The successful candidate will work as a member of the H-CORE support team providing day-to-day support for a government Policy and Program office. Ideal candidates will have experience providing communications and technical support for government initiatives.

The Management Analyst is responsible for planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives. The Management Analyst will have experience working with Senior Leadership and Federal/Civilian Agencies and or Military Services. Contract Place of Performance is customer site- Washington D.C. The position will report to the Public Health Division Manager.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Support research, analysis, and development of written products for strategy and policy documents.
  • Works independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.
  • Responsible for entire projects or processes within assigned area. Develops solutions to problems and issues that are unclear and require thorough analyses and understanding of domain knowledge.
  • Interacts with multiple project team members and client personnel at various organizational levels and incorporates technical information gathered
  • Supports the development and production of a variety of documents focused on communicating information to Federal government stakeholders
  • Prepares agendas, transcribes meeting notes, tracks necessary information, and creates reports
  • Create and coordinate meeting support products of professional quality which shall include products free of spelling, grammatical, and formatting errors
  • Analyze, synthesize, and convey information into client deliverables intended for use by non-technical audiences
  • Assists with Stakeholder Engagement
  • Gather, analyze, and report on financial, project delivery and resource utilization data to support the management team with Program and Project execution.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating various activities for projects and ensure compliance with all task procedures and policies.
  • Support the maintaining of task tracker, data call activities, and SharePoint documents.

Qualifications

  • Prior Government Service experience with Federal, DoD and/or Civilian Agencies' Public Health markets.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or related field with 5 years’ experience.
  • Active Public Trust or higher required 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and superior attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated project management experience working on high level projects, executing multiple tasks and working closely with customers.
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to work in a team-based environment working cross-departmentally to complete projects as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, initiative and follow-through, and flexibility and responsiveness to changing requirements and conditions.
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically and reason strategically.
  • Ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative and engaging nature.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work to deadlines are essential.
  • Ability to solve problems and prioritize needs in a variety of situations where immediate decisions may be necessary.
  • Excellent computer skills with competence in Word, Excel, and Outlook necessary.

Additional Information

Pay: $90,000 - $100,000
